Appointments for submitting visa applications can be booked exclusively online on the following website of our external service provider VFS Global: VFS Global
The offices of VFS Global are open according to the following hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Visa Office of the Consular Chancellery receives applicants only by prior appointment, on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please do not rely on intermediaries other than the external visa service provider VFS Global.
The falsification of documents, signatures, and stamps constitutes an offence punishable under the applicable legislation. Any act that may constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the competent authorities.

To access VFS services, it is necessary to book an appointment on their website, after carefully checking the relevant visa category.

STUDY VISAS
Please note that appointment dates for study visas will be published and managed by the VFS center in Casablanca for all citizens residing in the Consular District of Casablanca. Otherwise, appointments for submitting study visa applications will be managed by the Itlaian Embassy in Rabat, through the VFS Center in Rabat.

EMPLOYMENT VISAS (SUI):
Please be advised that, effective June 1st 2024, all appointments for Employment Visas are published and managed exclusively by the VFS centers in Casablanca, Beni Mellal, and Marrakech, including for citizens residing in the Rabat district.

Où déposer une demande de visa
Les rendez-vous pour le dépôt des demandes de visa peuvent être pris uniquement en ligne sur le site web de notre prestataire externe VFS Global : https://visa.vfsglobal.com/mar/fr/ita/login
Les bureaux de VFS Global sont ouverts du lundi au vendredi, de 8h à 16h.
Le service des visas de la chancellerie consulaire est ouvert sur rendez-vous uniquement, les mardis et jeudis, de 9h30 à 12h30.
VISAS D’ÉTUDES
Veuillez noter que les dates de rendez-vous pour les visas d’études seront publiées et gérées par le centre VFS de Casablanca pour tous les citoyens résidant dans la circonscription consulaire de Casablanca. Pour les autres citoyens, les rendez-vous pour les demandes de visa d’études seront gérés par l’Ambassade d’Italie à Rabat, via le centre VFS de Rabat.
